Freestyle Session

This one-on-one session offers space to explore the art of freestyle movement through sensation, intention, and presence.

 

Over this 1-hour 30min lesson, we’ll dive into an exploration tailored to your goals on or off the pole—expanding your movement vocabulary and refining the way you express through form and feeling. It’s an invitation to listen, move, and create from the inside out.

Freestyle Intensive

This intensive is for dancers, movers, and curious bodies ready to root deeper into their practice—and move from a place of clarity, curiosity, and truth.

During this 4 session journey we’ll take a holistic approach to your craft—deepening your connection to authentic self-expression and expanding your movement vocabulary through embodied exploration. This is about discovering intuitive ways to move, create, and listen from within.

Each of the sessions blends movement, writing, visualization, and reflection—offering multiple entry points into your own creative intelligence.

Themes we may explore include:
• Honoring your inner wisdom
• Strengthening connection of the mind-body and physical-body
• Liberation through autonomy and choice
• Play, presence, and improvisation

Grounding Session

This offering is open to all—no movement experience needed. Just a willingness to listen inward and arrive as you are. Through breath, sensation, and mindful awareness, we’ll create space for what needs to be felt, softened, or let go.

In this 1-hour session, I guide you through somatic movement and grounding practices to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your internal landscape.
