My Facilitation Ethic
I cultivate welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can feel empowered to explore and express themselves freely. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to move—only the opportunity to listen deeply to your sensations and respond with integrity and compassion.
Facilitation is a co-creative journey. As a facilitator, I am here to hold space, offer guidance, and reflect possibilities. It is each persons' unique experience that shapes the collective dynamic. Together, we can explore movement as a tool for grounding, transformation, and expression.
I weave together dance, somatics, and the cycles of nature to help people feel more connected, centered, and expressive.
Hey, i'm Shai
I weave together dance, somatics, and the cycles of nature to help people feel more connected, centered, and expressive.

Our bodies carry stories, emotions, and wisdom that we can't access through words alone. From a young age dancing was how I learned to ground and express myself. Movement became the place where I could listen to what my body was already trying to say.
Growing up in a family impacted by chronic pain and fibromyalgia, I witnessed firsthand the confusion, frustration, and fatigue that can come from living in a body that doesn't always feel like a gentle place. Experiencing this inspires an unshakeable commitment in me for embodied living & healing—helping family, friends and colleagues reconnect and enjoy a sense of grounding from within.
Movement is my language of curiosity and care. Over 12+ years of dancing and performing led to exploring the body’s emotional terrain—its memories, tensions, and the subtle signals beneath the surface. As a somatic movement facilitator, I hold space for people to slow down, listen, and move from within. I do this by weaving together intuitive movement, somatic awareness, and creative improvisation to support authentic reconnection and self expression.
This practice isn’t about performance—it’s about presence. It’s about learning how to nurture yourself and through nurturing reclaim the body as a place to belong to again, no matter what we’ve carried.
