a corporate wellness event
Through breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection, participants explore tools for grounding, nervous system regulation, and self-care amidst project deadlines and busy days—offering a moment of pause and restoration to carry into the workday and daily life.
RELEASE
a group healing session
In this session participants can expect to follow mindfulness cues and ancestral movement practices to release what is stuck within us and reclaim what is needed to support us for the month ahead. There’s no pressure to perform or get it right—just space to explore what feels honest and supported by the collective rhythm of the group.
